n2image: Thandie Newton

Thandie, Thandie, Thandie. First, we must address the undergarments. This dress most definitely requires more support for the ta-ta's. She really should have added a pop of color, instead of the black clutch. Her skintone is washed away by the hue of this 2 pc. mini-dress. Maybe, she should have removed the sheer number. Cute attempt; however, a little more "umph" was needed to compliment this look. Actually, I am a little confused. Thoughts?

Blake Lively looks absolutely stunning in this dress. The concept is dramatic; yet, understated. The dress is the focal point and she has minimalized her accessories. Plus, her hair is toned down with a chic ponytail.

I will get straight to the point. The shoes are HOT! Oh my goodness, these shoes would look fabulous with a pair of leggings! When I look at these shoes, I just picture the scene in the Cinderella movie...you remember, right? A man knocks on the door, where Cinderella lives, looking for a perfect match...and he delicately holds the glass slipper in one hand. These shoes could be the epitome of a modern day glass slipper. They are beautiful!

n2image: Carrie Underwood

This look is simple, yet extravagant. Black and cream ALWAYS works! I am in love with the shoes. This look is actually appropriate for a few occasions and they are as follows: Wedding, brunch, ceremonial event, graduation, etc. Carrie's hair is elegant and her makeup is flawless. Girl, you look great!

n2image: Jennifer Hudson

Jennifer Hudson has teamed up with Weight Watchers and she looks absolutely amazing! Wow! She has paired her denim leggings with a silk tee and a black blazer. Plus, she has covered her widest area...which is key, with leggings. Girl, you look great!

n2image: Halle Berry

Diamonds are a girl's best friend and leggings are, too! However, there is a way to wear leggings...and the most appropriate is to cover your widest area(s). In this pic, Halle is wearing a sheer...floral, sleeveless tunic and it looks great! She is comfortable and stylish, at the same time. How can we forget the spotlight? The white hobo is fun and fierce.

n2image: Madonna

This corset inspired dress is gorgeous on Madonna. The look is inspired by different decades; from the long black gloves...the corset, straight silhouette, tights and platform shoes. Her hair color is divine and her makeup is flawless.

n2image: Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga is constantly pushing the envelope of style. She has definitely joined the "Trendsetting" club and it is fun to watch this muse. The focal point of this look is "the bow." Plus, how could we forget the shoes?! There is nothing wrong with adding a pop of color, as long as the placement is appropriate and compliments the entire look.

n2image: Gwen Stefani

Amazing! Gwen has really taken creativity to another level, with this look. The plaid cape is the base of her outerwear garments. She then layered a khaki, double-breasted bolero jacket and tucked her arm. Fabulous! In addition, the cape doubles as a makeshift collar to accent the red lip and fedora. This is style!

n2image: Halle

This look is so stylish and comfortable. If you do not own a pair of leggings....INVEST! They feel and look amazing....well, they only look amazing with the appropriate top (depending on your body type). Anyone can wear leggings; however, they must be paired with a complimentary top (3/4 sweater, tee or dress..mini's, etc.). Halle looks fabulous with this leather jacket and sweater (which is covering her buttocks...kind of "key" with leggings, if style is your goal).

n2image: Sarah Jessica Parker

This is such a festive, yet comfortable look. The velvet blazer, sheer tee, skinny jeans, suede boots and a pop of color.....that bag!

n2image: Victoria Beckham

Victoria's black ensemble is enhanced with a pop of fur. The length of this coat is perfect for her height and the dress. If this particular coat had been ankle-length, it would have aged Victoria and the image would have looked out-dated. The shades, dress and booties are exquisite.

n2image: Beyonce

Beyonce is rocking this Michael Jackson inspired, military jacket. She has taken this look and glamourized it, by adding an amazing bag and multi-T-strap stiletto's. The skinny jeans give this vintage look a modern twist.
